I had to file the paperwork for a new loan by myself taking me about 2 days on the phone with customer care to upload all documents required that would have taken me 10 min in the store location. She refused to work with me or even return my calls. I've been a customer with this location with an existing account for over 2 years never one missed payment on my current loan. I'm a business owner myself and would not be able to operate if I had my customers treated in this manner. I did file a complaint and I hope corporate will take a good look at business practices at this location.”

My questions usually revolve around the amazing demographic information I receive each month which is something that is extremely useful to a small retail business that is trying to compete in a large market. I was informed that this was acceptable. So I drove the 20 mins and then stood in line another 20 mins, waiting for the slow service to finally move onward. Finally it's my turn. Then I'm informed they don't do that service. They even called someone to ask, and without fully explaining the situation, promptly hung up and told me no again. So glad I don't have to deal in cash, I'd hate to have to come to this place again. Truly looking forward to calling their corporate office to file a complaint lol.”

However, the person I bought the vehicle from was expecting the cheque and the loan officer failed to Send it on time. I requested a tracking number, and they gave me the runaround. A wire transfer would have been a better alternative. Anyhow, the cheque was not sent on the date I was told. I ended up having to call the seller and apologize for the inconvenience.”

There is a Blonde long haired Hispanic woman, as i am a hispanic man, around her 40's sje was very rude and disrespectful about her services which made me ask for my car title in return because of her disrespectful yet UNPROFESSIONAL service. She mentioned i needed My Certiciface of Business ownership which i have at home given the fact i was at the Checksmart i did Not have it. So i called my wife and asked for it, but as i was on the ohone call the Checksmart Worker spoke over me on the phone saying, "THEAT WOMAN YOUR SPEAKING TO HAS NO IMPORTANCE IN OUR CONVERSATION" So yes indeed i lost it a bit but didnt disrespect. I clearly stated to the Woman " i am speaking to the mother of my chldren, amd she has my Business Ownership Certificate , amd was calling to see if she could retrieve it" then the woman said "ph im sorry i didnt onow". I may not be the brightest, but i old fashioned and i know whem someone is being DISRESPECTFUL, AND OR DISRESPECTING my loved ones. And the fact that the Woman did EXACTLY JUST THAT, i now as a small Business owner am forced to leave this Terrible review about an employee hire by the company CHECKSMART on 75th ave and Indian School phoenix Arizona. I believe nobody on the planet should deserve such terrible customer service ESPECIALLY when they are coming to a business for THAT SPECIFIC businesses SERVICES. Anytime i received a call or inquiry for my company i give the UPMOST respectfull service i can possible give, and since i yes was expecting the same and didnt but not only that the EMPLOYEE disrespected the Mother Of My Children on the phone.
