When I say they have the worst customer service I mean this in the most humblest way possible they never have a manager there and I got my car in January w the cost of 9,888 nd I've been paying every 2 weeks 227 nd I called this week and she told me I owe 9,386 yu do the math ! This is a scam both of the girls that answer the phone Joanna hangs up every time they refuse to let me speak to a manager yu have to pay Walmart and when yu do they kno nothing about your car still 1 month later I don't kno how much I have to pay on my car nd why my payments still are in 9,000 and I'm payin almost $500 a month for an 09 impala I WILL NOT recommend them to any my car came with 125,000 miles on it nd 4 different size tires smh worst car place ever !

I got a car off them it broke down with in the week I got it, it didn't start I was stranded in Chandler , they don't know what's wrong with the car , I tried to get my money back they told me call financial services, I called financial services they said talk to the sales man, for some reason these no manager there, I warn don't get a car from them. I just want my money back that's to long working on the car , how I am I goin to pay for the car and have no ride to work , I live on 23ave buckeye I work on Chandler bout to get fired missed to many days, I have no ride to work tomro

A class action lawsuit needs to be brought against this company!! They are so fraud and can do anything they possibly want with out being held accountable for it. SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY

They took advantage of me for being a girl and going on my own to look for a car I was forced in to the insurance they offer after only 2weeks of having the car i was in a wreck the insurance did not cover after the car was repossessed I received a letter saying that it was sold I also received a letter from the insurance company stating that they were paid out and I only owed like 200 when today a whole year later I'm getting my checks garnished they stood me up I guess which I never appeared in court which I was unaware the court order was against my judgment which I didn't even appear in court and I owe $11,000 this is totally unfair they rip me off from the day that they let me drive off with their car with their fraudulent insurance that they offer and then they go and turn around and sell the car get the money that the car is worth and sue you and return When the insurance paid out makes no sense I'm definitely going to stick a lawyer to look into this I'm very pissed off I would not recommend going to this place especially if you're a girl and you're going alone please be sure not to let these guys that work there force you into an offer that you don't wish I stated to them I wanted full coverage and they talked me into their insurance telling me that it will be better this way for it to move forward faster so I could take home the vehicle place is just a scam artist that's all they're doing is scamming people out especially with this front insurance I also read about other people having similar car wrecks having a deal with this company please do not come here

i have a car and i got it from catus jacks and i have had it for three months now which i have had nothing but problems with breaking down on me and true fix has had it more than i have and every time it goes in the shop to be fixed i get it back and the samething just keeps happening to it they have had it 4 times and they say they fixed it but they didnt i have came out the pocket to pay for it to be fixed and towed over there i dont think its fare that i have to put all this money into a car i cant drive or feel safe in and no body has a problem with taking the $300 payment out of my acct each month for a car i dont have most of the time im every unhappy how people treat their costumers and i can see nobody cares what im going threw as long as u guys get ur money thats all that matters these places Are the worst by far no respect.
