we went at the office in phoenix every month for to.pay our car loan for 2 years and half never had an issue with them . the peoples who works here were always great .if we need an other car we will work with them again .

Horrible place. They knowingly work with car dealerships which sold me a vehicle where the check engine light came on in the 1st 2 weeks driving it. Then when I make my 1st payment I explain all the issues I'm having they tell me if I'm not happy AFTER I have to fix the issue to let them know, so when I do they say "oh well you bought a used vehicle" and suggese for me to call the dealer, when I'd already told them the dealership refused to fix it. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone EVER!!!

As a auto dealer I am absolutely appalled by the way they handle administration and deals. I was recommended here by a friend. Signed up and got a complete lack of communication. It took weeks for them to tell me I am a broker. I am a licensed used auto dealer with 14 cars in inventory. I don’t think any dealer should sell any of the products this business offers. I can see why it has 2 stars. Sad...

I have only had positive experiences with the staff at this local branch in Phoenix. I was concerned initially back in 2017 after reading the reviews here, but my experience was SO GREAT I felt it necessary to insert my opinion. I made all my payments early or on time, but when the time came that I needed some help they assisted me with deferring a payment to the end of my loan for a small fee. Every call to or from the office was handled with respect and great care. Every question answered thoroughly and professionally. They are a great lender, very transparent, and helped me raise my spotty credit rating through a fair car loan.

Sarah Apadoca is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I hope she meets her match one day.

I have been dealing with Challenge for almost 2 years now. And have had several issues with making my payment on time every month. All due to a job loss. BUT, it does not matter what my issue was, my obligation was to make a payment every month. All I had to do was CALL and talk to someone And EVERY TIME I DID, They helped me out so I could SAVE MY CAR! So it's puzzling to me as a customer how people could have a negative review. I feel I need to give a shout-out to one of the reps that seriously, went way ABOVE and WAY BEYOND to help me save my car after I was late with 2 payments due. Instead of telling me there was "NOTHING she could or would do yo help. She helped me come up with a plan and a commitment for getting my loan up to date and current. Her customer service skills are exceptional and genuine. She made me feel like she really cared and was willing to help me. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. I have a LOT to be thankful for and I am thankful to Lupe`Salazar and to Sara and to Challenge in general. I will definitely use them again for my next car loan. Thanks again .Lupe! This is the worst company that I ever financed through they just automatically put insurance that I didn't need they contact my insurance people and demanded full coverage to be put on there the insurance is not even from the state of Arizona of Phoenix is all the way from California the insurance cost way more than my car note like this is ridiculous customer service is really rude

Worst Financial Institution to have a loan with!!! Their online portal is not user friendly. Can't get the website to work and register my online account to have access. I call ALL the #s available on the bill and some are disconnected and others when you pick an option as to how to direct your call, the call drops. Had been trying for a month to contact someone to set up my payments, called the # for the lady who did my "interview" YES, you have to get an interview done to get a loan with these people, even after they have all your info and have agreed to give you a loan. Even worse after you get your 1st bill they have to go over the loan "interview" process again to verify they have have everything and for you to have access to create your online account. I was told that unlocks something to give you access.... Well what a shocker it didn't. I'm still trying to create an online account so I can have access to my loan. I wanted to set up AUTO PAY but you have to fax or mail the authorization form you can't do it online because their website doesn't work and even if it did that is not an option. So needless to say no online access and no auto pay set, will be mailing my payments like we did back in the 90s ... What century are you living in Challenge Financial??? Won't be here for long that's for sure and definitely not an option for my next vehicle purchase. Definitely wouldn't recommend!!!!

I honestly would have to say I enjoyed my time with challenge financial. My account advisor Sandra has always been nice and understanding when I was late for a payment due to other things. She never was rude, now that shes gone our new account advisor Yvonne shes is just as nice.

I have been with this company for almost 5 months. I would give more stars if i could, I called ahead of time and told them what was going on with my situation and they understood and was willing to help me out and try to see what I can do to pay it back and save me so much time and I have had no problems with them, they give great customer service when i come to the office.
