jimmie hart1Went into the bank at roughly 4:30 on Wednesday. We told the woman at the counter we were there to open a checking account. She told us to have a seat and someone would be right with us. We only saw 2 other workers in the lobby and the one gentleman said he would be right with us. We walked out of the bank at 5:00 because they were closed. Not one other person said a single word to us. 4 people sat in a cubicle and socialized for 30mins laughing and joking. Horrible customer service. Maybe a blessing for us I guess. We just moved here and wanted to transfer our entire retirement to this bank. Guess we found out ahead of time what we were in for.
