Selling a home for the first time can be a terrible ordeal. Aida Rivera is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with and she was familiar with the neighborhood. My home was listed Thursday evening. Aida scheduled one open house for Saturday afternoon and had a few appointments scheduled for Sunday. Sunday evening I had six offers on my home.
