      Survey and Flood Cert were not ordered timely. Constant chasing and follow up for information by lender, myself and RE Agent. Had to make in person/parking lot visit to get details. Closing delayed 2 days due to being unorganized. CD stated funds to pay off creditors, a week later creditors not paid per CD. Had to receive wire and pay ourselves. They do not live up to their business name! We have bought 3 homes and worst experience with title business.

      Andrea is very unprofessional and the work required was not done correctly. When asked to correct mistakes made on a deed, which should have been a simple request, it resulted in very unpleasant and unprofessional behavior. Avoid Excel title if possible.

      Andrea was rude and unprofessional. Has been supposedly in the business for decades but yet doesn’t understand how to do an assignment of contract.... Staff is also unwelcoming when calling. Last time ever using them as a title company

      Please do not use Excel Title for the closing process on your home. Excel Title is supposed to check liens on the property being sold and I had a second lien with the Housing of Urban Development(HUD) the miraculously appeared after I sold my home. Now Excel Title has left me owing $49000.00 to HUD for there lack of research.
