I am Realtor who just had my personal home closing with Neshia at Fidelity National title in Riverview. The service was 100% excellent from start to finish. Neshia went above and beyond to make my closing happen today! I appreciate you Neshia and Fidelity National title for making my closing go as smooth as possible. I cannot brag enough about this office and ESPECIALLY Neshia Perry. I had the Best Realtor and loan officer. The 3 of them are a dream team. I just closed on my new home in Florida and after having a nightmare for the sale of my home out of state, I can say I know the difference of good vs bad service. When I was at my wits end and stressed beyond breaking, Neshia stayed on the phone with for hours to make it all happen. She was patient and knowledgeable. Even up to the very end when my bank made my wire impossible, she accommodated everything to make it happen. I cannot brag enough nor say THANK YOU enough to Mrs Perry. I would only ever use them for all my future transactions.

Where does one even start with this title company. They are the absolute worst. I would rather go to the dentist and get a root canal done than deal with this title company ever again. I told my realtor if they ever use this title company for a transaction with us we’d walk away from the deal. First, the title company hid ALL the documents from us until we sat down at the table to sign it. Not once did they contact us, email us, nothing prior to the closing. They never provided any closing documents to let us know what the fees are, what other costs were associated with the sale of the property nothing until we showed up. Only once we were seated were we allowed to review the documents for accuracy or discrepancies. Next, our property was placed in a trust last year. Again, the title company never contacted us to make sure we had a savings or checking account ready and setup to receive the equity from the home sale prior to us showing up. Once we were done signing all the documents, we suddenly learned from them that they could only deposit the monies into a checking or savings account for the trust. Again, HAD THEY BOTHERED to call us ahead of time and informed us this could have been easily taken care beforehand. Instead, we ended up walking out of the office with a check in hand that we couldn’t use or cash for damn near a month. Thankfully we didn’t need the equity to put down on our new house or this title company would have cost us the sale of that new property. I cannot recommend enough to AVOID using this title company. They are either super new to this business and don’t fully understand everything involved or they just don’t care and figure they have you over a barrel so they can stick it to you. Realtors, this is not the kind of experience you want your customers to go through. I highly recommend finding a more professional outfit to use and avoid using this title company at all costs.

Sheila and her team are the best at title insurance. I have had the pleasure of closing many loans with her as a mortgage broker and my clients always tell me how wonderful it was to work with her throughout the process. She goes above and beyond for all her clients and referral partners.

I love this company!! As a Realtor I make sure that I work with only the best and be found them!! They have always been super friendly, know exactly what they are talking about, and I know I don’t have to worry about mistakes because they are so thorough with their work. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs title work done!!

My parents have used Sheila and her staff at Fidelity National Title and they loved them. We refer and recommend the entire staff at Fidelity National Title in the Ken Brownlee Real Estate Office. I highly recommend you call them for all of your title needs. They truly are the best.

Many deals with this office. They are awesome, Kristen Stewart is the best closer I have seen, Michelle Lawson is always eager to help even on weekends I can get a hold of her to answer a question. As an agent our jobs don't always work out Monday through Friday so sometimes things do arise that we need answers to on the weekends. I won't send my stuff any where's else. I go where these 2 awesome ladies go. These people are what makes Fidelity National Title Riverview FL my go to Title company.

*Edited after speaking with Manager 7.17.17 S/W Kristen who was very sincere and apologetic about the entire situation. I am still not happy with the way Bernadette spoke with me or my family but was reassured this would be addressed. I hope and pray future dealings are better than this last one. One bad apple truly does spoil the bunch. I updated my star rating from 1 star to 3 because unfortunately we cannot undo what has been done. I am grateful that Kristen reached out to me as quickly as she did. She was VERY professional and was a pleasure to deal with. You can truly tell she cares and enjoys what she does. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The ladies at Fidelity are rude and unprofessional. Christina was rude to my Father in Law when he called in asking questions. There is a certain way you should be speaking to people and it should not be with a condescending tone. Bernadette was rude to my husband when he called in and then when I physically went into the office it only escalated. She kept telling me "I only answer the phones here, I don't know anything else, someone called in yesterday and was rude to Christina"..... She continued on until I stopped her and said " I am not here to argue with you, I'm here to drop off an escrow check". Bernadette if you don't like your job please find something that fulfills you. Everyone in that office should take a step back and think about the way they speak to others. I personally work with the public on a daily basis, and I could never fathom treating anyone the way my family has been treated. I know you are a Title company but try making it more personal and tailor your approach to your clients. I felt so uncomfortable this morning I questioned even leaving the escrow check there. If it was up to me I would not be doing business with any of these people. I asked Bernadette to have the Manager Kristen Stewart give me a call, lets see if she fulfills that request since her job is "to answer the phones".

Had our mortgage refinance closing today and had a great NOTARY and were done in 45 minutes. Great process.

I was the buyer in the transaction and the taxes were significantly underestimated in closing by 41.8% leading to an unplanned out of pocket expense of $1,639.10. On the plus side, they worked with my bank to fix an issue caused by my real estate agents that would have delayed or prevented closing.
