      Was helped out by Anna “Assistant Manager” I came in as an appointment and was told wait till Anna arrive from her break. Liz had me sit and wait in their “open concept” office space. Waited 10mins till Anna arrived. Upon arrival, Liz told Anna “your appointment is here”. ANNA then sat at her desk and proceeded to work on the computer. Anna came up to me and about 10mins later and asked for my ID & pay stub. I gave her both and she went to make copies. Came back to give me ID & paystub back. Now let me remind you, before this appointment, I talked to Anna and told her I was not going to put my car up for a lean… I did not want to put my car up for a lean hold to get a lower APR or any other offers they had. I just needed a quick 3k loan. Now when she came to give me my ID & paystub, she asked me for the vin of my vehicle to ,”confirm the vehicle is mine”. I then came back give her my vin to my car. So now I finally sat down with Anna at the her desk. She then went over how much i was currently paying in rent (wrong amount) and how much I was spending a week (also wrong amount). I then corrected her of both of the amounts she enter was wrong and she told me that it might be a deal breaker ; once the info is entered she’ll need a change of approval from their supervisor. I said “that’s fine I’m not in a rush”. She also asked if I wanted to put my car up for a lean holder to get a higher loan and better APR. I declined again. Anna then ask for two forms of proof of address. I told her I could email her the documents later on the day because I didn’t have them in hand. She said that was fine. I then left. Went home and sent the documents to the email that was given to me on her business card she gave me earlier that day. The next day comes and I didn’t receive a phone call. Therefore, the day after I call to see an update on the forms I sent. I spoke with a lady (cant remember name) and she replied that Anna was busy with another appointment and it looks like she could close the deal soon but I would have to come in Monday. I couldn’t do Monday due to my work schedule. So the lady said she’ll call me back with a set time. I waited 3hrs and got no call back. I then called to see what was the hold up. Liz answers and I explain again to see an update on the loan and Liz states the same thing that the girl told before on the phone. Liz also says that “they never received my forms of residential proof. I then resent the documents again. I explained to Liz is there anyway today (Friday) Anna could close the deal cuz of my work schedule. Liz said I’m just going to have to wait till Monday because Anna is leaving after her current appointment. I replied “okay” then hung up. I called back about 5mins later and Liz answers again. I asked Liz if there was anyone else that could help me close the deal if Anna can’t? I explained to Liz that that Anna never asked me my correct amount I spend in rent and my weekly amount. I said “I’m not trying to sound rude but could you have someone that will actually help me get a proper loan?” Liz said ,” let me call you back.” Liz called me back about 5mins later stating my loan was not accepted and I’d receive a letter in the mail. I said “okay” and hung up again. I then check my credit karma and it shows I’m -5 now from OMF now !!! All BECAUSE SOMEONE CANT DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY!?!?!? Very UNPROFESSIONAL

      Total waste of my time, I was told I was approved then denied all in the same day. Valued my car at way lower than Kelly Blue Book. Do not waste your time and go thru your bank or another financial company.

      I qualified and was preapproval for financial services. Majority was down over the phone. Person seemed very pushy but I gave them benefit of doubt. They did keep their word when they stated they are able to verify employment without direct contact with employer. Day of finalizing, person requested my supervisor contact info. After I completed forms on phone , person stated they will contact me back. Fail. Once I completed all forms and called back to follow up. Line did not pick up and voicemail full for remainder of day. Following day, I dropped by after work to bring to attention, unable to make contact. Person responses " well, it went thru and you got what you needed right"? I almost lost it. Ana overheard and redirect to address my concerns. Yvonne Shame on you! Greedy, Unprofessional!

      Very difficult loan process at the Oxnard branch. Loan application still pending after 7 days... I was never called back after applying to refinance my loan. (I've been a customer for 3 years, never missing a payment) I left numerous messages. The only time I was able to speak with my representative was when she happened to answer the phone, then she was courteous and kind but never followed through. She asked me to email my income verification a week ago and I never heard back from her. Whenever she said she'd call me back, she never did, I had to be the one to contact her. it seemed like she had to keep being reminded of my pending application, it kept getting put on the back burner. Finally i was told i didn't qualify, so i submitted an application with an online 3rd party loan broker... GUESS WHAT?! I was approved for One Main in the amount i had previously requested. I have decided not to move forward with OneMain. Not a good way to treat a loyal customer that has paid them thousands of dollars in interest.....

      I made a mistake by losing some checks they issued to companies I owed (long story short) I just paid off my debt myself, but I still had to pay for the loan I got from "One Main Financial" thats fine ofcourse, but when I came to them to get reimbursed or credited for the checks I didn't even use. They did nothing to help me,.... they never got back to me, I had to keep calling, they gave me other phones # & offices to call. I finish paying my loan including the checks I never used.... & still nothing. They robed me.

      I had a great experience. Ana was friendly and efficient. I felt safe from the virus as everyone wore masks and there were very few customers present. A man came in and he was told he needed to make an appointment.

      Where to start? First filled out the application online and got a conditional loan approval needing to verify income and have collateral to secure the loan with. The. After taking with the YVONNE at the Oxnard branch she asked me to email proof of income so I did... call back she was busy left a message for her never Got a call back next day tried calling multiple times finally at the about 430 on 7/3/18 I talked to YVONNE again and she acted like she had no clue who I was! I once again had to send in proof of income again so I just fowarded the original emails so she could see it was sent now multiple times. she told me the loan was approved just needed to be secured with collateral which is what I had originally got from applying online. Then of course they are closed on the holiday. So 7/5/18 rolls around I once again call multiple times leave messages get no call back... I called again then YVONNE answers and says I’m very busy but I’ll call you right back 2 hours later she just needs the info for the collateral and my loan would be ready... I was securing the loan with a boat as she knew the entire time... but they couldn’t figure out how to Input the boat Information I sent multiple documents with the boats info. So she calls back and says unfortunately your loan was denied due to credit score! So how was I approved the entire time submitted all the documentation needed then suddenly because they can’t figure out how to input information my loan is denied by management according to YvONNE!!! Folks, please don’t waste your time with this company they are liars and incompetent!!!! They had me running around for a week!!! Don’t do business her find another company! I would give ZERO stars if I could!

      YVONNE is highly incompetent and the whole thing was a total scam. DO NOT USE ONE MAIN FINANCIAL!!!! AVANT IS A GREAT COMPANY, I WOULD USE THEM FOR PERSONAL LOANS OR DEBT CONSOLIDATION!! Yvonne lied to try and get me in there! She knew she did not enter my income prior to our meeting. I gave her all information prior to the in person meeting and sent over proof of income. I spoke with her several times before setting up the face to face! She told me I pre-qualifeied for a certain amount. Come to find out, after I already took off work, that she DID NOT verify my income. Then she has the audacity to tell me I do not qualify for the amount needed but will give me a lower amount. She knew I only wanted to go in, if i would qualify for what i needed for debt consolidation. She lied several times. What a horrible person. Goes to show you they just want to give you anything to make money.

      isn't it your own fault if you receive thousands of dollars from company and you don't bother to read the contract that tells you how much you will pay back after the contract is done. Plus in California there isn't a prepayment penalty so if you want to pay extra every month to save yourself some cash you can save hundreds to thousands of what the contract states.Neither customer or employee, in fact I've been turned down for a job three times there.
