      Old and Weak I went in to see if they had a replacement window for a Ford Fusion and the old guy in the service department said no and looked at me like I was retarded. Not helpful at all didn't want to even attempt to help me unless I wanted to leave the vehicle there for a few days.

      The oil change was all that Expected but it took three times longer than expected and in fixing the clock the bluetooth phone connection was lost and satellite radio station presets were all dropped.

      Dave - it is never our intention for an oil change to take any longer than 50 minutes. We do our best to do a complete safety check with each vehicle prior to releasing the vehicle back to you and it sometimes adds a few minutes. Keeping your family safe is the highest concern and we take it seriously. We have been unable to locate you in our database but would like the opportunity to rectify your concerns. Please feel free to reach out to our Service Manager, Curtis at your convenience in order fix yoru clock and determine how the phone connection and presets were all dropped. This is a uncommon experience in our Service Center and we would like the opportunity to make it right.
