D1The employees are great. But your hours are CONSTANTLY CHANGING AND VERY INCONVENIENT! The customers that use these services are in need of weekend hours. Now you close Sunday and just a few hours on Sat. I may as well use a real bank. All the reasons I came here are gone!!!!!

It seems like I am always in and out quickly, although some of the customers are not as nice as the employees. I can understand why some people complain about the employees, they, the customer seem to mad at the world, and always looking for a reason go off. Anyway, great job and keep up the good work. 👍

Kim Marie Koonce4I am on a minimal fixed income and was grateful that I qualified for a small short term loan which I could realsticly pay back. The girls that work there were curtious and professional. They come off a bit intimidating I guess thats why Im giving it 4 instead of 5. They could be alittle more personable however they may be trained not to be from the look of the place and the area it is in Im guessing they probably have to be alert and cautious Some people can get hostile if they are turned down so I imagine they have there fair share. The bullet proof glass is there for a reason. Make it a 4.8
