When Shyanne or whatever the loan specialists name is called, she didn’t even have the correct loan amount that I applied for. She said I needed more income, so I added my husband even though we share the SAME bank account for income verification. She then said that a charge off balance from 6 YEARS ago showed the total balance as the monthly amount, and even though she can clearly see we do not pay that amount monthly, she couldn’t fix it. I called back in and spoke with another representative who said that if I got it fixed, they would work with us. So I contacted the credit agency and disputed it with a fixed update. When I called back, they made me speak with Shyanne again and she argued that I spoke with her and she didn’t say that. I had to not nicely tell her it wasn’t her I spoke with and that is what I was told. She then changes the story to how I have to contact the actual company and get something from them or I have to wait 30 days for them to do another application and get our credit report from another agency and not the one I disputed with. I will NEVER work with this company and I will not recommend them to anyone else. Customer service is poor and Shyanne sucks!”

Ripoff is an understatement. Man I didn't do my homework on this loan. They busted my chops on this one. When you double your payment it doesn't go towards the principal like it should go towards the interest. It's worst than a title pawn loan which I never have done. Please have them break it down for you if you decide to use them. Brenda Or Barbara screwed me!!!”
