Very friendly staff. No one wants to ever be in the position to have to pawn a car title, but dealing with the staff on Shorter Avenue, they never made me feel pressured- until the car began giving me issues then their entire attitude changed. Not only did I more than double pay for what the car was worth (I never had the money to straight out pay for it paying $200+ a month just to keep driving it, not ever given a chance to get my title back, which of course I understood I was never getting it back once I pawned the title). I ended up having to leave it on the side of interstate 75 because it would no longer shift so it could not be driven. I immediately let them know, and I guess they didn't believe me since they sent someone by my residence in hopes of having it towed for over a few months. So, unfortunately, some tow company in Dalton retrieved it and made what money they could off smashing it. Never, under any circumstances ever pawn your car title, and especially not through Title Max.
