al tiede1Branch cannot answer phone. Branch manager will not return phone calls. Branch cannot do a simple wire transfer, or arrange an appointment. Otherwise this location offers outstanding service.

Jorge Holguin1There’s always something wrong with the ATM, Always out of service when you must need it. I get the fact that you guys don’t have enough staff to be open normally, but at least make sure your ATM works properly for your customers..

Sarah Miller1I just had a horrible experience at this branch. I just got married and haven’t had a chance to change my last name. Unfortunately all the wedding checks were made out to me and my husband in the new last name. I brought him to the bank with me since his last name was on the check and they refused to cash or deposit it. The teller told me that my husband would have to be added to the account but that he didn’t have time to do that right now. We drove 30 minutes to the nearest branch and they didn’t have time to do their job. He didn’t care at all. Told us to drive even further to another Wells Fargo that maybe they would have time to help us.

Valerie Dale5So glad that the Santa Rosa Beach area finally got a Wells Fargo. We need more in the East Santa Rosa Beach area. The only thing I wish that worked more regularly would be the atm so that it would take checks. About half the time that we come out here it does.

Katrina West5This is a fantastic branch. The workers are so friendly and helpful every time I have visited. The branch manager is a phenomenal example of kindness and professionalism for her employees. I really enjoy banking at the Santa Rosa Beach location over any other location on the panhandle! Reviewer commented on managers tattoos, I have dealt with her many times and never noticed any tattoos. Not that it matters! Visit for yourself and you will see how great this team is!

Kerri White5I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for many years and have visited different branches In Florida and Georgia and I got to tell you when reading these other negative reviews that I do not agree. Every one at that branch In Santa Rosa beach have always treated me and my elderly mother with respect and courtesy . I have delt with the manager there before and she has been very professional. Even when I messed up my accounts obliously my mistake, she was able to explain what happened so it didn’t happened again and showed me how online banking works so I can manage my accounts and my mothers. Very helpful and I have a sense that she cares for her customers. Also the tellers call me by name when I come in. Making me feel welcomed!

Donie Abdugafurov1horrible horrible customer service. especially their merchant service representative guy does not know how to take care of customers. I have called him 10 times in the past weeks, every day i left him a voice mail but he never returns calls AT ALL. I am a business owner myself with 4 store locations. Wells fargo sure is losing money and customers because they put people like that in charge.

Josh Matthews1Don't use Wells Fargo for anything! They count on using vague language to collect late fees and if you call them they will refuse to refund even the very first late fee on an account. Every other bank is understanding of mistakes, but not Wells Fargo. You're better off borrowing money from a pawn shop. DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO FOR ANYTHING!!! Every other bank in the world cares about you more.
