The closing agent failed to return my phones messages for 4 business days although I made multiple calls with our closing one week away. We had to ask our real estate agent to get involved after being ignored. I had to ask to receive proof of funds transfer and the final closing documents with both the buyer's and seller's signature. There is very little follow up. The warranty deed had an either-or statement on it however they required both statements to be completed. Poor attention to detail and customer service. Cannot recommend
