I have had the opportunity to experience Bright Light's services now a few times. Paige, Kyle and their staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Their name is fitting as they always have a positive attitude and are patient to answer any in all questions you might have. What a shining light for our small local community. They epitomize everything you want in a local business. If you're a Realtor, rest assured you will have the highest probability of closing your transaction and have satisfied customers if you use BLLT for your closings.

My wife and I had a great experience closing on our first house with Bright Light Land Title Company. They were very thorough throughout the entire process, and always there to answer any questions we had. Their office where we signed all the closing documents is very clean and inviting. Kyle, Paige, and their staff were all very professional. We are definitely happy with our overall experience working with them.

Whenever I buy or sell, I always research the integrity, commitment to excellence and the long term track record of satisfied customers from the company that is supplying the service. I have known the owners and team of BLLT for some time and continue to be overwhelmed by their commitment to truly serve their customers needs with excellence. They even have graciously allowed our group to utilize their conference room for a Bible Study weekly, and the owner joins us.

Bright Light Land Title (BLLT) is phenomenal. I used BLLT based on a recommendation from a close friend in order to finalize my streamline refinance (IRRRL for those of you who used a VA loan), and I am so glad I chose them. Their staff is phenomenal and you can tell they work hard to produce a quality product at the signing table. They were prepared to address any questions, and explain in layman’s terms what each document said - and there were many. I would highly recommend using them for first time homebuyers, or the seasoned homeowner looking to refinance. BLLT made the closing process easy... the way it should be.

Friendly and helpful. Turns out they couldn't do what I needed but the receptionist directed me to someone who could rather than just tell me they couldn't help. While I can't offer an opinion on the services they do offer I can say their customer service starts at the receptionist and that was 5 steps ahead of everywhere else I went.

My experience has been completely bad throughout the transaction. This morning at 9:30 seller signed with all cash. At 4:30 the wire for my proceeds still has not been sent. I was told twice it was done but until I pressed for a confirmation they said they would process it now. Twice not told the truth. I do not recommend.

Used them to buy and sell my home. They were able to get all of the paperwork done in record time for both purchase and sale. They've been very accommodating to me being in the military and moving a lot. We made our home purchase while still living in Texas...and they got all of the documents to us either electronically or via overnight mail. They are a huge reason why we closed on time and had a stress free purchase while not being in Florida. I may use them again when I buy a house in Florida in the coming years.

Bright Light hit it out of the park on our complicated, FSBO purchase! Very responsive, friendly, professional and kind, we always felt like the team at Bright Light was on our team too, making the transaction as smooth and seamless possible. Thank you to everyone!
