They don’t even deserve one star!! This is the worst business I have ever seen. Crooked, sorry, worthless finance company. If you go to a dealership and they say you have been accepted for financing with this company please DON’T DO IT. Just because you have a lower credit score or may fall on hard times you deserve to be treated with respect. This company will call you the first day your car is late and start to threaten. They prey on individuals that believe they have to put up with this behavior cause they have low credit scores. I paid every month on my car for over a year, fell on hard financial times and the threats began. I told them I had never missed a payment and they stated all my payment history is irrelevant. THEY FORCE A REPO ON YOU!! I have the entire conversation recorded when the supervisor stated they blocked my account so I couldn’t make a payment and they were coming to get my car. MY VEHICLE WAS NOT EVEN A MONTH PAST DUE AND THE DAY I TOLD THEM I WOULD MAKE THE PAYMENT IS THE DAY I WALKED OUT AND MY CAR WAS GONE!!! They intentionally block your account so you can’t make your payment and pick up your car. I am filing against them for illegal business practices as I believe they feel that we are slow mentally since we have poor credit. Hopefully they will be shut down soon if enough of us can prove they are crooked….I will be turning over my recorded conversation to news stations and attorneys

Worst customer service! Advised the rep of issues being had with a truck my son financed and was not able to drive for over 4 months - we asked for a deferment. The only concern they had was the one payment past due and then picked vehicle up when second payment due hit instead of providing a deferment or providing options that were asked. Then when we called the rep was rude and just continued about the payment due. This is not a legitimate finance company - would have been better off dealing with a tote the note.

Very incompetent employees. Seems like a bunch of high school dropouts are running this place. Definitely take your business anywhere else!! Can’t get a hold of anyone now that my car is paid off, and they are trying to hold my title for me. Entire office of scum bags

First off let me say that I used to work for a company similar to this one. The truth is that most people with less than perfect credit get financed by a high risk bank, and that's just what it is. This type of bank can charge high interest rates and are aware that if you default on ANY payment they can repo your car and resell it... most of us are not aware of this. This is not taught in school. It's our responsibility as consumers to read before we sign on the dotted line. People get upset when the bank who let them borrow money wants their money! (this is loony, you agreed to a contract where the bank has an interest) How are you going to get upset when YOU owe them money? I think if you cant pay your debts, then don't go into debt, don't borrow money you don't have. Simple. Use this type of bank to get your credit score back up and bounce. If you got repossessed you obviously were in default and you probably lied time after time and broke payment arrangements, so they got tired of your bs. Stop complaining about how terrible this bank is when they took a risk on you and just pay your car note, it should be at the top of your to pay list. I understand some customer service is not the best, but you wouldn't have to deal with that if you were making your payment on time. SOOO, you basically just got on here to tell everyone that you dont pay your bills on time. ijs. Stop complaining. There are children in 3rd world countries dying of hunger.

Disrespectful and unprofessional! they even threaten they know the location of your car and you. This is a very dangerous thing and threating behavior. I did not appreciate the person on the phone telling us he could track us while being extremely rude and disrespectful there is a law in effect and these guys are breaching the law by calling and harassing' people and threating to take peoples car who is not even 30 days late. every one on this thread has a law suit because these guys have a bad track record look up the laws they are breaching them and they are a supposed a professional company. which makes them fall in the bracket of government laws and regulations they have a business license giving personal information yours to their employees whom in which call threating you that they know your location to repo your vehicle this is illegal it is in the laws post and pre corvid Record every call. These guys they even threaten to not take payment, which they can not do your contract states monthly payments they will tell you YOUR OWING the entire payment instead of the payment of your monthly which is illegal its bully behavior and against the federal laws/ RECORD your phone calls of the entire conversation.as well as get an Atty Right away. .

Don’t do business w them- they are non empathetic and very rude customer service. They are never willing to accommodate emergency requests and instead of being understanding they choose to be threatening. I see there are other reviews and from a 1.5 star rating im telling u now DO NOT DO BUSINESS W THEM

Alex "the manager" was really rude over the phone no professionalism at all this company needs some help hiring better managers.

I have been paying on my car for 2 years now on a 4 year contract. I have never been late. As the world know we are going through a pandemic and I would be considered late this month but still able to pay my monthly payment. I talked to a rep the day of my due date and they stated they understood I would be late and there will be a late fee. Not very humane, since everyone is being affected by this, but I said ok. I told them I would able to pay everything in full in 2 weeks time. The rep stated they noted my account and I disconnected. They called and texted my phone literally 8 times before I finally told them to read account notes before calling me. Once I’m done paying this car off, lord know I would neverrrrrr deal with this company again.

Never missed a payment, yet I start getting multiple intimidating calls and emails BEFORE the due date. I know most dont know or have a choice who their auto lender is going to be until after the paperwork is signed but If you're a small / used car dealer DO NOT do business with them if you want repeat customers and their referrals.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! “Alex” I don’t even believe that’s his name. Is the rudest person ever. Who even hires anyone to work for them like this? My car got repossessed and when we try talking to the teller he says to go cry to our bank and basically laughing at us. I called back multiple times he either hangs up or again laughs at me and says the bank is closed bye. And hung up. We made a partial payment, Erica agreed to all of it. I have Alex on recording of him saying go cry to your bank. This is unprofessional and someone needs to handle it.
