I got water damage on October 2019, changed three claims adjusters in three month. Now is end of January 2020, still not getting any answer.

If I could I would have given them a zero star. Bad cancellation practice. Rude Customer Service. When I first called them to cancel my insurance they said that the new renter had already .....

MY opinion this company is a complete farce. The claim adjuster Dennis Grover will send you a specialist they say did they pay very well to deny your claim. They will not take any pictures do any report. Just send you about three pieces of paper that say we did not your kind because of some Ludacris reasons. I highly question the integrity of these so-called specialist they employed to come down and inspect your claim and rubber stamp you as denial rubber stamp you a denial. I have a multi unit complex insured through this company I intend to drop this company as fast as I can I'd rather pay more and get real insurance then this joke. And when you're all done Dennis Grover will say sorry we denied your claim. Is there anything else I can help you with? In his monotone voice he will say have a nice day. I really believe this man is a drone he has no common sense and is extremely impersonable

No stars if I could. 15 years with this company, and they just let us know they will not renew our home policy. Our house is less than 1500 feet from a brush area. 1500 feet! Our house has not moved in the last 15 years. Neither has the brush. Took our money, bailing for a ridiculous reason.

Horrible customer service. They NEVER answered the phone call. Fraud company. Why Google doesn’t have negative stars, this company even doesn’t deserve one star here.

Have great rates and when the unfortunate time a claim had it be filed, it was handled orderly and with all the support, suggestion, and more than I could have asked for. Thanks First American.

This is the worst insurance company ever...never answer the phone...never answer letters...never have customer service....what a shame...

It's a nightmare to try and speak to some one. Really bad customer service. Adjusters will not answer and will not return a call

I had to get a different insurance policy due to a change with our HOA. Sadly, this is the one my insurance broker gave me. I had a plumbing leak that ruined my downstairs bathroom floors. At the request of Dennis Grover, the insurance adjuster, I sent the plumbers bill. He tells me I’m not covered because they don’t cover problems due to tree roots getting into the pipes. So I ask where it says that in the policy. Dead silence. Still nothing after several weeks. Time to renew my policy next week. Won’t be this company!

Called because I was charged when I had already cancelled my service. Lady on the phone was so rude! Basically saying I was a liar. They are horrible and I'm so glad I cancelled my service with them!
