If I could give it 0 stars, I would. What an absolute joke of a company. Management is never to be found and never call back. CSRs are rude and don’t listen. I just can’t believe it

RUDEST SUPERVISOR I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. EVEN UP TO THE MANAGER. LOW BUDGET DISRESPECTFUL PLACE. I FOUND OUT ALOT ABOUT THIS COMPANY IN THE LAST 24 HOURS. I WONDER IF EVERYONE IS LEGAL. I ALSO HAVE A RECORDED CONVERSATION WITH AN EMPLOYEE AND I WILL BE TAKING IT TO THE BBB. I GUARANTEE THEY WILL BE LOOKED INTO AFTER THIS ONE.

IT MAKES ME SO MAD AND ANGRY AND SICK.....YOU LOOK AT ALL THESE REVIEWS AND PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SILLIEST THINGS....SO TECHNICAL ISSUES I CAN TOTALLY UNDERSTAND....CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HARD FOR ANY BUSINESS. BUT I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW CAUSE I AM A USED AUTO DEALER IN LAS VEGAS THAT USES THIS BANK AND THEY ARE AWESOME!!! IF YOU HAD AWESOME CREDIT YOU WOULDN'T BE GETTING A HIGH INTEREST RATE!! VERY SIMPLE. BUT THAT'S NOT EVEN TRUE WITH THEM. I HAVE FINANCED SEVERAL PEOPLE THROUGH THEM AND GOT THE CUSTOMER RATES THEY DIDNT EVEN DESERVE. SO SAVE THE BAD COMMENTS AND THE SMALL TALK ABOUT HAVING A HIGH RATE WHEN YOU PROBABLY DESERVE IT CAUSE OF YOU OWN POOR CREDIT NOT THEM!!! KEEP UP THE HARD WORK GUYS !!! AVOID !!!! If you can get financed thru another company go with it ,these people are shady,ignorant and Real A$$@!#$ for lack of a better word.They repossessed my car,after a payment of $310 was not sent on time,I ended up paying $888 and still have not received a repossession notice or a statement of what I paid to get it out.

Horrible service telling you lies and Are not willing to help you fix an issue that they tell you they would fix and telling me I do not have to pay for a month that I paid and lying to me and tell me I still owe them $31 with a leat fee managers are mean and so are the employees I suggest never dealing with this financial company ever

They've been awesome for the nearly 2 years I have had them. But then again I am never late with a payment so....

Always had a good experience with CIG. They helped me get a vehicle when my credit sucked.

Horrible customer service they promise to email paperwork and never do you try to contact them they don't answer all they want is your money they don't care about you

Called to get a payoff on an existing loan and the customer service representative was fast and very helpful.
