Cindy Harris1Horrible customer service! I paid My car off and give the lady on the phone the correct mailing address to send the title she said absolutely no problem ma’am. Hung up waited 10 to 14 days for the title to come in the mail and still had not received it. I contacted Regional ACCEPTANCE and was told they mailed it to an old mailing address which nobody has lived at for over a year. I told them this. When I contacted Regional ACCEPTANCE to let them know I have not received the title they told me I would have to wait for a lien release in the mail which would take another week to 10 days then take it to the DMV pay $50 for a clean title and then I have to wait another 6 to 8 weeks to get a title in the mail all because they screwed up. They told me there’s nothing else they can do. This is the worst finance company to ever go through for a vehicle! Do not allow yourself to be put into the same predicament I have been put in! Horrible horrible customer service!!!!!!!

Jessica Wunderlin1This is long, but I wanted to make sure that potential customers know just how bad they are! Negative 5 stars. HORRIBLE company to deal with!!!! & I wana start this off by saying that just an FYI, my husband and I were outstanding customers. Not once were we ever late on a payment, and we actually even paid it a day or two early. So! My husband and I bought a 2020 Nissan Sentra from a Nissan dealership, which was financed thru them. After a year, we traded it in at a different Nissan dealership for a 2020 Nissan Rogue. This was done in September of 2021. The loan was completely paid off thru regional. The Nissan dealership that we had bought the vehicle that they had financed, sent regional the checks for the gap insurance refund and the extended warranty refund. (Apparently that’s protocol to have to send it to the finance company and not directly to us) We were supposed to receive the check in 6-8 weeks. After 10 weeks, we began contacting them. They said they never received the check from the dealership. After spending weeks making dozens of calls, them being persistent in saying they hadn’t received anything, (even after we emailed the supervisor the proof that the dealership sent to us showing that the check was sent and that they had indeed cashed it, as we were instructed to) we magically received the check for the gap insurance which was about $850. Which that very same morning before our mail came, they were still saying they had never received it 🤔That was almost 7 weeks ago. But Still no check for the extended warranty refund, which was the larger one (almost $2500). Which once again they state they have never received. We have been making dozens and dozens of calls, yet again. Trying to figure out where our money is and why we haven’t received it. We left a few voicemails for the supervisor to please return our calls (which has never been done). Again, we emailed the proof (as the representative instructed us to do) that they have in fact received it as well as cashed it on January 7th!!!! And have spoke to a countless amount of customer service representatives. They have not once even remotely tried to do anything to resolve this issue. The supervisor has not even cared enough to respond to any email sent or return one single phone call. Seriously, where is our money that is owed to us. Why are they withholding the money that is legally OURS, while lying and claiming they don’t have it. Absolute WORST company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I would rather have no vehicle and have to walk everywhere, than ever use this company again. Shady shady shady!!!! Don’t even chance it and finance thru this company because they will screw you over any and every chance they get!

No account managers to talk to!!! Is this company REAL??!!! I'm refinancing asap!!! If you read this post DO NOT deal with this company!!!

HOW UNPROFESSIONAL CAN YOU BE. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO SUBMIT PAYMENT OR ASK QUESTIONS. I'VE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS BEFORE. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND I HAVE STARTED A PETITION TO HAVE THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN!!! YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A SERVICE BUT YOU DO PROVIDE A HEADACHE AND ADDED STRESS THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS DO NOT DESERVE. IF IT WASNT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU WOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!

stephanie sopa1Awful experience with the company, car was totaled and took over a span of 2 days to get a rep on the phone, was told the remaining loan was paid off by insurance and gap, and not to pay anymore, that was about four years ago and settled, but they STILL are trying to bill me with a closed account and the loan was sold to another collector on top of that. Stay far far away from this company!!!

I was frustrated because they made an error and all of them rushed me off the phone and I didn't get my issue resolved. And I was told by one of them that I frustrated them. Terrible Terrible customer service.

Artist Genie1If I could give them 0 Stars I would!! stay away from these guys they made first experience financing a car so horrible. Its so freaking hard to talk to somebody and when you do they are so rude and unprofessional! THEY ARE NO HELP! I would never recommend nor work with them again!
