Yady Santillan was so helpful! She was kind, professional and funny, all while there were multiple people waiting and phones ringing, she handled everything quickly and with a smile on her face the whole time! She was patient and knowledgeable with all of my questions, and was very respectful of my privacy. I would definitely recommend this location!

Great service, and even nicer people. They have been very helpful to me during an immense time of need. As many of us have fallen slightly behind due to the current situation, it is good to know that there is a place that can help you with a few hundred bucks when needed. Saved me out of jams plenty of times. Unexpected bills come around they was their. Also, they highly encourage you to pay what you can extra to save you money at the end. If you work with them they work with you. The staff is excellent. Super friendly service. Facility is clean. No matter how busy they are. They are prompt. They will sall say, "i will be right with in a few". During that time you can set back relax and have a fresh bottle water, even charge your phone at an outlet near the table while you wait and figure out your financial game plan. Talking with them, working with them feel like working with family. Please pay what you can extra. Even if its only ten dollars. Every penny helps towards the end. Excellent staff! The staff makes this place. They understand we are all busy, fail behind, forget even. They will call you to see when you can make it. They are not pressuring you. The call is a friendly reminder!! If you cant make it that day tell them when you can. It helps their notes, and payments communication.

Anyone who has ever been in a jam due to whatever reason requires excellent service to explain all of the options to help solve the problem. Marie helped me understand in great detail what was best for my situation so I could make an informed choice! All of the ladies are super kind and helpful! Excellent service.

The ladies in the office are incredible, I truly feel they know what customer engagement is and that says a lot about their personalities. Yady and Marie are Amazing! Before Marie came to this location Yady always made me feel so welcomed! She was so understanding and so helpful! Marie came and she helped and gave great advice to help in sticky situations! These two ladies are huge assets to this company!!

Love this place! Everytime I'm in a bind, I go to them for help. The staff for this company is outstanding. Reliable on loans when you need them. And most of all, they do not tell you 'We can't help you". They will make a way for you!!!! 👌

My experience at Advance America has been excellent at the 3100 Kirchoff Road location in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. Marie and Yada have helped with all my needs and are very courteous,kind and advise me also of all Advance America can offer. They get my 5 star rating for sure👍
