      WARNING WELLS FARGO DEALER SERVICES ARE THIEVES!! Wells Fargo dealer services is a joke.. asked for a 1 time deferred payment. They gave me the runaround for a couple of days, finally after calling 5 days straight I got a call from a supervisor and informed me that they would be able to defer a payment but they needed a deferred payment service charge of 50.00 immediately. I paid it so I can ease the stress for a month.. after 3 weeks I was called non stop saying my car payment was late and that they added late charges! I was FURIOUS! I was trying to avoid any problems but of course the want their money!! Also had another issue, I refinanced my vehicle and called in for a payoff.. Michelle explained how much was owed and the daily interest rates. I explained with the my credit union rep next to me that we need an exact amount due so we can mail a check out the same day. Info was given and address was written down by me.. I received a letter in the mail couple days later stating money was still due on vehicle. Called again and now 36.47 was due to the check taking 4 days to get there by usps.. they never mentioned that monies had to be there on the same date. WELLS FARGO DEALER SERVICES ARE THIEVES!!

      Terrible , terrible , terrible ! Long story short - bought Infiniti and got a loan from Wells Fargo Dealer services . The website , login/sign in process is outdated to a point where it’s retarded. No way of resetting your password unless you know your account number which is not included in any email communication from the bank. Now the biggest issue! Paid off the car end December of 2018, it is now May of 19 and still don’t have the title . Apparently it was sent to my address ( I confirmed it before paying off the car to ensure it’s up to date ) but it was never delivered . To save a few pennies , Wells Fargo shipped it via regular mail , no tracking confirmation. Now they blame USPS for not delivering -total BS , as I get all of my mail so far , no problem-, all mailman are familiar with the address. Now I have to wait for them to send me a release of title form, then physically appear at the DMV , apply for duplicate of title , and wait 4-8 weeks for it . So to summarize - it will take about 7 months after paying off the car to get the title and be able to sell it . Wells Fargo manager Scott Davies explained me that waiting 7 months is not going to change the resale value of my car . OMG !! I’ll end the way I started Terrible, terrible, Terrible!!

      If I could give less then a zero I would! Wells Fargo dealers services are rude people! They tell you that they are willing to help you, but they think they are the only debt that you have. My husband and I went through a bad time for a couple of months between losing a job and losing a parent, they were not caring at all about that, they just want their money! I have been sending them a large amount for the last 2 weeks and they still keep calling and harassing both of us daily, stating we are still 2 months behind! I think we are being ripped off! Stay away from them! Find a different company for your auto loan.

      I am having financial hardship due to an unexpected bill this month that is not a reoccuring bill as Wells Fargo seems to think. I've made every payment on time since I've had the loan and have never asked to have a payment deferred before. I called to have this one time payment deferred and they refused to help. So anyone having a difficult time I feel sorry for you if you are with this company because they refuse to work with you on anything!!!!! So if you're a customer in good standing and have one bad month don't bother calling theses morons because they will refuse to help you other than saying oh well you can make a late payment...If I knew I was going to have the extra money to pay you a little late why the heck would I bother calling you for a deferred payment I wouldn't have. Let me just pull some money out of where the sun don't shine and give it to you! And the office of the President calls me and still tells me they can't help me well don't bother calling me wasting my time and pissing me off more then! And I made it clear to put in their records to not be calling me on a daily basis saying my payment is late when I called these idiots asking for a deferred payment for ONE month when my account has been in good standing for well over a year since I got the loan. Thanks for nothing Wells Fargo I hope none of you idiots ever have a hardship!

      If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Background- went to open an account and had to send out my SS#, address, copy of my ID all my personal information. They misplaced it THREE TIMES. Fast forward to now.... went to pay off my truck online as its not safe for my to send my personal information to them since they lose it, they wouldnt let me pay off my truck with the balance over $5K. I had to make $800 payments every week for 3 weeks while they collected interest until it was below $5k to pay it off. Someone is coming to buy my truck in 3 days (FYI) They then sent my title to my old address AFTER asking me what address to send it to. They never updated my address in the system and are claiming it is my fault for not updating it and there is nothing they can do as they already sent the title out. NOW they are telling me I need to wait 5-7 business days to get a title release form to go to the DMV and wait another 5-7 business days before the DMV can send me a new title. I will be closing the rest of my Wells Fargo accounts immediately

      The customer service for this organization is horrific. I went to a Wells Fargo bank and set up auto pay for my auto loan when I first purchased the vehicle only to find out later that they couldn't read their own writing and therefore couldn't process my payment or set up the auto pay. They never called me when they realized the form was illegible and instead waited until the payment was a week overdue and treated me as if I was a criminal. Rude and disrespectful to me when this was their own fault and I had done everything asked of me. I would NOT recommend EVER using Wells Fargo EVER!!!

      NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! EVER! If I could give them negative stars, I would have. Their customer service center is terrible. I have called 6 times to get a payment resolved. I made a payment to pay off my account and accidentally put the wrong account number so it was posted to the wrong account. Each time I did call customer service it was a different story. First, they told me that it wasn't a problem, all I had to do was request a transfer, by faxing my account information and request which account I wanted the fund to come from. They said it would take 3 days. I called a few days later, they told me because the account it was posted to was closed, the payment was sent back. But it's not in my account. They can't send me proof of credit because it's not my account. They couldn't give me a tracking number that my bank can search to see where it's located. I called again, and they put me on hold for 10 minutes to read the "notes". The second person told me that they can try reapplying the payment, I told him we did that last week. He didn't even read the notes, because, he said he didn't know that. Then he said now he sees it in the notes. Told me to check with my bank to see if they have it in their accounts. Apparently when they send back payments they send combine them and can't locate where they sent the payment. Third person got me to supervisor after 20 minutes of waiting on hold. He gave the check number, but couldn't provide me any information as to where the payment was sent. Person number four said that if I submit another payment, they can request an early release of my title and close out the account. He told me that the process to return my payment takes up to 3 weeks. And there is 3 more days left, so I should call back then. I finally posted another payment, which is supposed be posted within 24 hours. Called the next day, said the payment hasn't been posted yet and wait another 48 hours for the payment to post. Then it takes another 48 hours for my early release of title request to be completed. I wanted this to be done a month ago. But have to get it done by this Friday. THAT'S NOT HAPPENING.

      I wish there was a zero star. The website is frequently down or under construction. When I call during business hours they say their office is closed. I am literally trying to pay off my vehicle right now. I try to access my account online and it wont allow me to do so. I called customer service and they say they are closed despite the website saying they should be open. It wont allow me to make a automated phone payment and the nearest branch is 30 miles away from us. Yet somehow it is our fault if the payment is late. I certainly will not send them a check in the mail as I do not trust this company.

      They have rejected some of my payments, and charged me return fees twice in the past. Last month they forgot to send me my bill wich put me a few hundred dollar's behind on my car payments. They call eveyday and harass me if they don't receive dubble pauments. Send me my bills stop rejecting my payments if you want the payments for my car.

      Terrible, takes up to 5 days for it to go through. I put in a wrong account number 2 days before my payment was due. Decided to call me 6 days later to notify me saying that it didnt go through so they charged me a fee. Accidents happen but calling your clients 6 days later is not helpful at all. Once i bring down my auto loan i will refinance with another company. This is crap.
