Excellent Service and Best Credit Union RBFCU. The kind of satisfaction they provide and they value and give importance of our queries effectively. They are passionate and provides the right guidance. They are doing their best service to the customers. We had talk with Mr. Russel today and it is great experience. Appreciate Russel and team. This is second good experience and first time with Mr. Will for opening account. I believe, all members in this Parmer line branch are really supportive. We recommend RBFCU for all!

Outstanding credit union! Got a really excellent low interest rate on a car loan and the cash back rewards on my debit card are great (just to give you an example it's July 2017 and I'm already up to $20 on my cash back rewards).

Poor service at this branch. PS I want to alter my review from 2 stars to 1 to highlight how much a different branch truly helped me in my time of need. I will absolutely never return to this branch. Be warned that there is absolutely a better branch nearby.

Used to love banking here, but that changed with one transaction. Now looking for a new credit union to transfer to. They do no value long time customers.

All the high tech gadgets- whoa. I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. Wonderful and easy process opening an account. A bit stringent and thorough but better that way.

Usually great service but I went through the drive thru and sat for about 15 minutes and no one ever said a word to me. I'm not opposed to waiting but to never be acknowledged is so rude!

Staff has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Products are basic and nothing special but if that's what you want, they're great.

Can’t understand reviews on customer service. I have had nothing but great service . I did hear there was a manager change not long ago and that may be the difference. Would never go back to a bank !!!
