I have quite literally begged these people to take my money and they apparently don't want it. I have made 3 phone calls to schedule a service appointment in the past 2 days, just to be passed around and sent to voicemail. The receptionist took my info and said that the scheduler would call me back. That was yesterday morning and I've not gotten a call. I figured, I'll just go to the dealership. I pulled into the service reception bay and sat for 5 minutes. I went inside to try to speak to the service manager about the lack of service I have received. Granted, it was at 12:30 so probably at lunch, but no one else was there either. So I went back to my truck and left. I have had service to my truck there before and waited up to 2 hours for an oil change, and I keep going back. I guess I am a glutton for punishment...No more! I will never stop foot in this place ever again.

Went in for the first oil change on a vehicle I purchased at a different dealership. Everyone was very helpful and the service took half the time the other place said it would. The entrance to the shop is a little confusing, but not too bad. Very advisable to make an appointment. Would have given 5 stars if the service person had been there when I arrived, as I was on time.

Jocelyn was great made the purchase easy. No presser sale well versed in the working of the car. I would buy again from Nyle Maxwell.

Shane was very patient and put up with my questions and multiple visits and multiple test drives. He didn't pressure me and I enjoyed working with him and talking with him. I would also like to thank Tom Gammon for going out of his way to research extra truck options and provide me with an opportunity to determine if I wanted another truck or not. Tom also returned a Boston music CD that I left in my trade in. That was very kind given it was one of his favorite bands. When I get ready for another vehicle in the family I will stop at your location first. I've talked with my neighbors and they seemed surprised that I could get such good value at Nyle Maxwell GMC. I think things went great. I am not an easy customer given I have to research and think before spending big $. Thanks for a great experience!

Always a pleasant car buying experience. Always feels like family. All employees make us feel welcome. This time around a 2016 Sierra SLT. This made our 8th vehicle purchase from the Maxwell Family of Dealerships. They do go out of their way to get you in that dream vehicle. Aside from that their service is impeccable as well. Clayton and Mark assisted us with this purchase. Clayton always goes above and beyond our expectations. It is reassuring knowing that many of those we dealt with on our first purchase are still there. No one compares.
