Employees do not have proper training! Rep assured me that my loan date would be adjusted on loan docs to reflect actual date of disbursement.That was the only reason I went through with the refi loan just to be told that he had misinformed me! Paid interest on two loans while they continued to collect information from me that should have been collected prior to loan approval, which is the loan date and the date interest starts accumulating! They lack principal and practices!!! Would never use IFS again for anything! Crooked at the year is long!!!!!

Terry was so professional and efficient in the buyout of my lease. I would never go through the headache of working with a dealer again. Terry completed everything same day!

Kredit Karma said I could get a better auto loan rate because of my great credit history. They referred me here to apply and I did, I got a phone call that was very unprofessional and was hung up on , yes hung up on, so not only is this probably going to be a bad mark on my credit report but they didn't even give me a rate.
