      Priority Title in Wakefield was recommended by my realtor, they did an excellent job of handling my first purchase and closing. Scott and his staff took the time to ensure the process was handled clearly and efficiently. We closed on time, and we were on a tight schedule.       I have a dear friend who is selling a house in RI. He asked me to look over the sales contract since I'm a licensed Realtor/Broker in Orlando Fl. Not knowing RI real estate law, I called a title company to ask a few questions on things I thought were questionable. I was put in touch with the manager, Scott. He did not have to help, but he went above and beyond to help us and answered everything and allowed my friend to make decisions that couldn't have been made without Scotts knowledge.
