For McNeese title, Cindy assisted in our closing, who was great! Everything about the closing was smooth and quick! Also, Julie Johnson is the very best! Julie done all the work to put together what was needed for our closing and I can't say enough on how knowlegable, professional, curtious and patient she was! This alone was worth everything! I highly recommend McNeese Title Company! Chris Johnson, who was our realtor, was absolutely the best realtor I have ever used! Chris was very thorough, patient, curtious, professional and very knowledgeable! Any questions I had, he knew the answers for. This was our second experience at McNeese. The first one was in December of 2009 and the second one was today June 1st 2021. On both occasions the staff was amazing very friendly but above all very professional the office is very well decorated too, it gives it a home like atmosphere. We received delicious complimentary cookies and our files were organized both on paper and digitally.

They made the closing process smooth and did a great job explaining all the papers that I was signing. Freshly baked cookies and coffee were included (yum) and McNeese was able to get my check from closing to me the same day.
