      Worst place ever, these people are con artists who do not do their job. I went there to try to transfer my motorcycle plates and I paid way more than I would have at the DMV out of convenience. Just got my registration in the mail and it is to the wrong vehicle. I decided to ignore the reviews and went anyways, please do not ignore the reviews they are bad for a reason. Now it's a year later can't get my money back from my credit card and now I have to go to the dmv to transfer my plates over again. Save yourself time and money and do not go here.

      Authorized location for ComEd account verification. They asked me $5 cash as a service fee. When I called ComEd later, I was told that they are not supposed to charge the service fee.

      From what I've read on the web, any notary public can notarize a last will and testament. Not here apparently...not even a simple one. Was told "Illinois changed the laws so I can't notarize wills here...a notary has to be bonded." I thought a notary public's job is to serve the public to validate identity when signing certain documents. Didn't know they get to pick and chose.

      I find the previous review hilarious. It's called doing their job I was also a notary we cannot notarize wills you have to go to a lawyer for that so I suggest you inform yourself before trying to complain
