This is the absolutely worst bank I have ever dealt with. Rude & incompetent doesn’t even come close to this organization. Bury your money in a hole in the yard before even trying to use this bank.

Update, finally paid my auto loan off and closing all my accounts!! Auto teller doesn't work! Line out the door and no one in the bank can do anyting.

The new "e-teller" system SUCKS!!! Takes longer, heaven forbid 1 of the 2 machines doesn't work correctly... please bring back the good ole line with a real person in front of you system, like a regular bank has! Cost of business/ convenience factor, and risk vs. benefit study says... EPIC FAIL! Don't reinvent the wheel!

I closed a business account in 2014. Recently, I used bill pay to pay a vendor on my current business account. The vendor called and said the check bounced because the account was closed. I call "Member Care" and they don't know why the old account still appeared in the bill pay system. NOW, three years later, they deactivate so it won't appear in my bill pay. GTE Financial refuses to cover the bounced check fee of $35 from the other bank because it's not GTE's fee, but it's GTE's fault for keeping that account active in their bill pay system. That is WRONG! That closed account should never have been in my bill pay to begin with. So, fellow members, be sure to triple check your account numbers when using bill pay.

Worst bank I’ve ever had a loan with they tell you things and do complete opposite. Never have good records of you’re payments I wouldn’t do any business with this bank ever again they are worse than a mob loan and the people when you call in always want to blame you for everything and are very rude

Gte Financial has now outsourced it's SECURITY AND FRAUD protection services to a company that serves 650 other banks. If there is a fraud issue they will just shut down your account without notice. When you call, you will be transfered, put on hold and even hung up on. This is the SECURITY OF YOUR MONEY people. If they discover a security breach they will take away your access. Once you call them you will be transfed 3 or 4 times, treated rudely, meanwhile, all the accounts that you set up through Online Banking dont get paid either. ( So much for the electric bill), GTE rather put matters of Electronic Fraud and Your Money's Securiy in the hands of an outside entity that doesn't care about you. Take your money and run. One star is too much

Brenda, you are the reason I am still with GTE. I am disappointed at what the “financial institution” has become. But the way you treated me was awesome. All I needed was to believe that someone there cared and you showed me that you did. Thanks so much!
