      By far the worst experience I have ever had with a title company. They said that they mailed my EMD check going on 2 weeks now and still haven't received it. I would never recommend this title company ever. I have to drive almost 2 hours to get my money. They absolutely suck.

      Purchased a house in Meadow Point and the sellers agent used Hillsborough Title - New Tampa. They refused to allow me to bring a cashiers check to closing saying that it was "company policy" to only accept wire transfers. I was forced to have my bank wire transfer the funds at a charge of $25.00 while a cashiers check would have been free. Feel that this is not a customer friendly company.

      When they claim best taco salad in zephyrhills they are lieing to your face. it is actually the best in Pasco and Hillsborough county.

      There office in Highwoods Preserve won't release my escrow because the Realtor Dianel Bianco can't find the seller. Is this a joke or it happens and the buyer doesn't get deposit back. The seller default and the broker Incompetence should be sufficient for a refund. Michelle Minns should look into this and read paragraph 3 of the Vacant Land Contact.
