Do not use this company! I bought my condo on July of 2021 and when I received my property tax bill on March of 2022, It shows the previous owner did not pay the property tax of 2020. 3/9/22, I contacted/ emailed Flagship title as the responsible closing company and Christine Paige, the branch manager replied back that they will contact the previous owner to pay it. 3/25/22, Nothing took place! I reached out to them again. Christine emailed me back saying: “if the previous owner don’t pay it by the end of next week, we will be going ahead and paying them” 4/30/22 Nothing took place. I emailed them and no response. 5/9/22 I called Christine about the issue and she assured me that she will send the payment and email me a copy of the check no later than Tuesday 5/10/22. It has been over 2 months and this issue has not been solved.

Flagship Title is extremely professional. I world not close anywhere else. As a Realtor we experience many companies. Alberta Party, Kristin Horne & Justine Templeman are incredible at getting closings to happen on time.

Horrible service. My family walked in to finalized paperwork and was rudely greeted with “THE ASIANS ARE HERE” and proceeded to be extremely rude and disrespectful to us. We have names, it’s not that hard to pronounce but even if you couldn’t, screaming that across the whole office was SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Other guests who came in were greeted by name or very professionally addressed yet because of who we are, we got treated poorly. They were also very dismissive towards any questions or concerns we needed clarification on. My parents were nice enough to keep asking me to keep my calm but for a 5 figure amount that I’m spending and choosing to do business with them, I have never felt more disrespected. I live far but best believe, I will be coming back in soon to call management and address this. You people need to be ashamed of yourself and get educated. It’s 2022.
