Enterprise Bank & Trust Griffin St, Santa Fe

I've been a member of LANB for years and use the bank for personal accounts and our small business account. One of the reasons why I've chosen to bank with LANB is because they support our community, they are so generous to non-profits and other community organizations. I also appreciate their added online security-at times it can be frustrating, remembering my password, but its a safety measure that I appreciate and welcome.

The process of acquiring a construction loan was tedious. It wasn't until Beverly Maes got involved that I felt secure and comfortable with my experience. She patiently took the time to guide me through, answer questions and navigate an unfamiliar process. She is solely the reason I stayed with LANB for permanent financing.

Sue, the manager and the employees at the SFDT location are efficient and profesional. They returned my call and made sure my issue was resolved in a timely manner.

They only show 2 out of 3 locations online. How unprofessional!

Something has happened at the drive through in the past few months. SOOO slow. Not enough tellers or just poor service? Waiting 15-25 minutes for deposits that used to take 5 minutes max!

These people are mentally inept. There ineptitude matches their country. The lack of professionalism is outrageous. Stay away from them. DO NOT BANK with LANB! They are unable to process your requests, there are able to perform the most basic teller duties. STAY AWAY.

Representative Alexis in the front was very polite and handled my issue in a profffeaional way, outstanding staff unlike st micheals location.
