This was such an easy process! I found the car I wanted on their website and they walked me through what was needed on my end. They then delivered it right to my door in a different state! Francesco Crisafulli and Brent Buell are great, ask for them!

Was immedialty greeted and my car was sanitized and wrapped for protection. My service person communicated well and the service was accomplished in the timeframe they promised.

It seems like the same poor attitude remains from St Augustine Toyota. New ownership has not changed much. I brought my Prius into the dealership because I could not get the heat to work even though I pushed the temp up to 80 degree on a 54 degree day. The check tire pressure icon had also come on so I asked for the tech to check these two items out. I was taken to the back service area and chastised like a bad school boy. I was told that I had to bring the temp up to the highest setting to get heat. This has never been the case in this car. I lived in Seattle where unlike Florida you use the heat more than the air. I was then told that I should be checking the tire pressure on a weekly basis. Really.... try and find a service station with an air hose or pressure gauge now-a-days. I have never heard of such a ridiculous statement and would wager very few drivers in the world check their tire pressure weekly. Frankie who had been over friendly in the past just pointed and took me to the back never even uttering a word. "The new Beaver" ? I think not... the advertising slogan should be "the same tired attitude" !

NO GOOD. They have an offer of 115% of blue book value on your car as a trade in and then they use any excuse not to give it to you. They didnt even want to give me a discount on the car...no "Buddy" price for me. Their internet prices are therefore false. Theyre no good.
