First experience: A completely different check with different account name and number was used to withdraw money from my account. It was solved and money was put back to my account. 2nd experience: went to deposit money, they count many times in their machine, money got stuck in the machine several times then those teller went backside to count the money and came out $10 short. When we count by hand it was $20 short. I told them so many times that 2 people have counted them 4-5 times it should not be short but they just did not listen and end up depositing $20 less. 3rd: Finally I decide to close the account and of course the teller doesn’t care at all to see if he/she can do something to solve this problem. The worst experience in banking business.”

Anyhow last month I received a call saying there has not been activity on my card in 53 days so they would be closing my account. I made arrangements and everything seemed fine. A $50 dollar deposit was made to my account, when I went to pull out the money my cards had been cancelled. Today (pay day) I log on to see what I made and there is no check. One customer service rep said she saw the payment but it was being held to call back later. Second rep says she can't find my check info. I'm frustrated because I don't have my money. If it comes in over the weekend I can't pull it out because they froze my cards and they are closed. This is so unacceptable. I've never had issues til recently. Also my mother passed 2months ago. I was a beneficiary on her account but rather than closing her account and giving me the $50 savings deposit they closed the account and mailed it.ok.... Well when the check came in the mail I mobile deposited it. Well a day later I look to see if it went through and it says it didn't. So I go to the bank to cash it. I'm told it can't be cashed because I don't have a representative. IT WAS $50!!! I did get angry at this point and am told I need a lawyer in order to cash the check. A little later I find the money was deposited. They don't know what their doing anymore! One person says one thing while another says something else. I can't wait to close this account. They are getting as bad as Wells Fargo.”
