      I personally think the staff is rude and have been treated poorly through this whole loan process. Literally everyone I've dealt with is awful! In store and over the phone. My account was compromised and money was taken. I couldn't make my payment on time. Called the company the woman I spoke to was nasty treated me like I was lying and hung up on me. Once this loan is paid off I will never return and won't recommend this company. They make you feel terribly about being in a tough spot. Their commercials are not true NOT A FRIENDLY STAFF!!

      Great service, felt very welcomed the minute I walked in. The customer service was great, I was helped with all my questions and concerns. Everyone was friendly and I felt very appreciated
