      I have had my bike for about 8 months now and I have not had any of these problems that I'm reading about, and every time I call in to pay my bill I might wait about 2 minutes to get a live person to help me and they are always pleasant.

      Customer Service is very poor and Krista from management even admitted that customer service was really bad in Nevada and didn't know why. Something needs to happen and management needs to take action. KATIE Head of Customer of service does nothing...2 years of nothing and THEY don't report to the CREDIT BUEAU.

      Worst company ever. I don't think I have ever had a statement sent to me, the website is horrible and never lets me pay my bill, and when I call no one ever answers. Horrible company would not recommend it to anyone

      I was surprised to see the negative reviews. I never had any issues at all, and when I called in today for the final payment, I got a human right away who was helpful and took care of my question.

      They charge a $5 fee for over the phone payments. The wait time to speak to somebody on the phone is rediculous and when you do finally get somebody, they tend to have an attitude. Rarely recieve statements in the mail.

      Horrible company to work for. Absolutely horrible. Customer service doesn't care what you have to say and doesn't do anything to try and help you. They have no guarantee on the title when you pay a vehicle off and are not willing to help you after a month and a half of not receiving the title. Do not deal with this company.

      If your loan is paid off they will still keep taking money out of your account if you do not stop Auto-pay yourself....Takes them a day to take the $ but 10 - 15 days to return.....Never will use them agian.

      I've had a loan with Freedomroad for 4 years and never had any issues with them. So if you need a motorcycle loan look them up.

      horrible customer service have been waiting weeks for a title for a paid off motorcycle and they still have no answers for me avoid them at all costs complete nightmare this has been with freedom road
