Aaron was fantastic and incredibly responsive. It was a night and day difference compared to dealing with my bank and other country-wide lenders when I was initially hunting for rates. Besides simply driving the process forward and actually being responsive to my e-mails, he crushed the rates I was being offered and got me _clear_ numbers on what rate I could expect early in the process. Getting clear figures from Quicken Loans was pulling teeth in comparison. --- Wanted to add - I started my mortage search doing the obvious - looking to my bank (They're gonna take care of me right? I've got a big pile of money sitting in my account for this down payment after all?), then doing the Google search to compare rates... My realtor nudged me to do what felt like the old school thing of talking to a local broker. I've grown up around polished web 2.0 / app driven user experiences and was expecting to find some slick brokering app. That doesn't exist! The funding process when buying a house is inherently complex. The realtor, lender, title company are pretty interdependent throughout the process and it really helps to have people that are on the ball working with you.

Buying a house is one of the hardest things I have ever done. I tried to go through a few major Banks and all of them put me on the bottom of the list I felt. When I was referred to Arron the difference was noticboe immediately as I felt I was actually treated like a person and not a file on someone's desk. Once I found the house I wanted he was able to do a fast close, witch was extremely helpful as market I was buying in is very fast moving. Without Luna lending I do not feel I would be a home owner in Tahoe as I would have been priced out with out Arron's ability to move things along at the pace he did. Also his dog Luna is pretty awsoawe too.
