I was told that they do not and what they do is call the bank with me on the line and see how many times I deposit my check. So after hearing that I went ahead and applied. Next thing I know they did a hard inquiry on my credit report which I did not want, and which I asked prior to applying. I should've known something was up because after the representative made that statement, the phone cut off.
