Vanessa JoAnne5I received a piece of mail from this debt collector and it was soaking wet so I called to inquire about the mail. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and quickly my debt was resolved, especially after reading reviews about the company. The two women I spoke with were wonderful and understanding and the matter was handled in less than 5 minutes.

Nichoal Darling4They have been working with me to pay off my debt. I am appreciative they don't add 5 dollars interest everyday like credit bureau services in Missoula. Compared to them .. these guys are very reasonable and patient.

Brooke Gearheart1I understand no one likes a debt collector but this company is awful. Darcy is INCREDIBLY rude. I can’t even stress that statement enough. She belittles you, tells you one thing then changes it when you question what she said, asks inappropriate questions that have nothing to do with your debt, threatens you and judges you for having an account with them. I had a baby and my hospital wouldn’t accept my payments so I ended up here. She told me over and over I’m irresponsible, neglectful and I shouldn’t have had a baby if I couldn’t pay for the bill. Completely inappropriate. I ended up paying my debt with a credit card just so I wouldn’t have to deal with her anymore. I have complained to her supervisor and reported her above her supervisor as well.

Don Herbert4So at first I was frustrated with this company, but through the pandemic, they were willing to postpone my payments until I was employed again. They've been quite helpful and accommodating, especially compared to other collection agencies.

Redneck Girl1I had an unusual phone call from this company, asking only if I am married. I told them it was none of their business. A few weeks later, I was contacted by their attorney advising me of a debt, giving me 30 days to respond. A week later, a lawsuit was filed. I did not know this as I wasn't served with the papers for two months. I had written to say that I would be glad to continue the payment arrangement I already had with the dentist's office. They did not respond until three weeks after my first payment to tell me thanks, but they were filing a lawsuit anyway. I was never credited with the money I had paid in the meantime.

Babette Eustance1Received an "informational letter" that looked like a bill for a collection account from 6/2014 that had been resolved. When I questioned them I was told they "obtained" the debt from a different collection agency that is no longer in business. It was just to " notify" me I owed a debt, not a bill. I was told I have to prove it was resolved. Totally a scam. Contact your legislators and change these laws. Montanans are falling victim to these predatory practices!

Mona Lira1Contacted them to discuss issues about a bill. Told my to pay over 2,000 immediately. When I said I couldn’t they told me to ask family for it. I said no but I am willing to pay monthly at a set amount till it’s paid in full. Said they’d get back to me but haven’t called back in a month. Now I can’t get anyone to pick up. I will start saving for a lawyer because what they are doing is against the law. I recommend everyone to head to the better business bureau’s website and look at the code of conduct for debt collectors. They might be hoping you won’t know your rights and try to get away with something illegal. If I can’t get them to comply I guarantee a judge will.

Abraham Christianson1Paid over $2400 in garnishment for a $6000 and now it is up to almost $8000. Not only did I pay the garnishment, but I paid an additional $400 that gets taken directly taken out of my checking account each month since they treatened me with another garnishment. I am trying to go back to school and cannot afford another garnishment or these payments. They transfer you to a person who cannot help you at all because my account is "management" whatever that means.

Nick Nelson1I paid this company ALL the money owed. It has been close to a year and they still have not reported to the credit bureau. Already called them numerous times and they keep blaming the credit bureau's. Dishonest companies like this expect you to do your part and they don't do there part.

Emily Schade1Most unprofessional company I’ve ever come across. Very unorganized, RUDE, and I mean RUDE. I understand debt collection is a sensitive subject for many, so if your going to do your job, actually be understanding and don’t just say you understand with sarcasm in your voice. Don’t tell me it’s not your fault I’m in this position, I know it’s not, but it’s YOUR responsibility to help people understand and get it taken care of. No wonder your reviews are awful.
