Best pawn shop in town. The staff cleans everything they put on their shelves and they honor a 30 day guarantee if something doesn't work properly. This is the only shop I gladly spend my hard earned money in. They take pride in what they do and it shows. Highly recommend!

Great rotating selection. Pawned guns here a few times & they are always taken great care of. They always have collectible items in the shop so you never know what your going to see. DVDs, Xbox & PlayStation games from consoles new school & old. They even have old school consoles to buy but grab it when you see it because it’ll be gone the next time you go in. They always have a nice bike or tool that strikes your interest. This shop is very classy & cleaner than any pawn shop I’ve ever visited. There is another Alias pawn over on central west that’s worth a looksy. Take a stroll outside the shop & you’ll see why they are a Great Falls icon with tons of Montana’s wildlife statues to view!

Do not buy any electronics here!!! They won’t refund your money back we’re extremely rude to my my wife, and son. The skinny balled guy literally mumbled disrespectful things to family. We love pawn shops so much and antique stores but will never ever go here again after they made a bad sale and stoled a couple of hundreds of dollars from our family. Sad

I've bought all sorts of things from this store, from tools to tvs. Lately, with how fast my kids outgrow their devices, it's hard to keep up with replacing them. Do not buy here, very rude, money hungry. They claim to be experts. If all possible do not buy any electronics here or anything that they claim refunds! Especially Don’t pawn your guns from other reviews I read! Capital pawn and other pawns in 10th st s are way better! To their respond=So the pawn shop responded to my “so called false review” but I was unable to reply back. Shocking? Not. It’s slander accusing me to call anyone out of their name. I would neve do that. I love and respect all, and so on. Yes I was upset. They sold us a PlayStation that got heated up as soon as it was utilized. I’m intiled to give my review on my experience. I really encourage people not to feel threaten by their lying and bulling responses. If you have had bad experiences with them, bad customer service, trying to give you chump change for your items, or trying to sell you items more expensive than if you bough them new. Please elaborate. There are many small honest buisness that would love your business! My husband and I are productive citizens of our community, and just want justice for people like us that are hard working Americans, not taken advantage from ppl when they are trying to support their business

These guys are awesome. Their prices are fair on items for sale and they are always super friendly. Need a loan, they are super easy to deal with for loans and pawns.

If I could give this pawn show -0 I would! Do not buy any electriconics from this pawn even if they say you money back guarantee if the item doesn’t work(only if you recipt) which we had , bought a ps4that overheats immediately once it’s on! Claims all ps4 do! And argue with me the (mother) saying they are experts blah blah blah, or there manager wasn’t available. It’s my hard work money $$)220 I’ll never see again for a piece of junk!

Their prices are the highest out of every pawn shop in town, and have games individually priced at inflated prices as well instead of just being flat rated. Can't believe no one else has complaints or issues with this. There is many many times you can get a new game for less than what they have on there used games and don't update the prices very often if at all on the second hand games like they should. I complained about one game being too high priced, as you can get it new for less everywhere else, and the people there were rude and obnoxious about it and decided it would be best just to blow it off like it was nothing. Owner is money hungry and doesn't care about customers at the end of the day just having another million dollars to deposit in his account. AVOID.
