      Garbage title company! Didn't have correct paperwork, incorrect down payment amount, and didn't even have the keys to the house at time of signing!! Absolutely use someone else!

      Our escrow agent was very lovely and great to work with. They accommodated us with curbside filing and easily worked with us over the phone and in person at the curb with any questions we had.

      They worked with my crazy schedule to get stuff done. I drove 2hrs to get there and traffic made me 20 minutes late and they worked with us to get it completed without a cancelation.

      Very comfortable atmosphere nice helpful people had free drinks, and candy for the holiday. They were fine with my little baby crawling around they got things done quickly, and efficiently.

      This title company left a document out of my closing package. I had to return later in the day to sign additional documents, and the funding process was delayed. They are very friendly, but not pleased at all with the closing process and document handling.
