Response from the ownerHello. Since Alliant transitioned to a digital credit union, there is no longer a branch at our Touhy location. Members can conveniently manage their accounts via online and mobile banking, at 80,000+ surcharge free ATMs, or over the phone with our Member Care Center. Official checks made payable to the member are available through online banking or checks made payable to another party can be requested by phone. For further assistance, please call us at 800-328-1935. Our Members Service Consultants will be happy to assist!

Oleg Bolotov5My favorite place to store money and use their debit card on my foreign vacations. They charge only 1 % for foreign cash withdrawals, whereas Citibank, Chase, or AMEX charge 3 % or a high flat fee (I remember Citi did a few years ago). They also give a higher interest for checking and/or saving accts. Anyway, I love it.

DeMarko Brown1I have never felt so much disappointed from a financial institution till my interactions with Alliant if I were you I’d look for another institution to bank with as Alliant keeps waving the we have the best rates but should also point out they also have the worst customer satisfaction and service

Jake1They closed my account when I had fraudulent activity on there, charged me a $15 fee and then sent me a letter saying that the board has voted to kick me out of the credit union. What a joke of a financial institution.

S Johnston5I’m not quite sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have been a customer for many years and haven’t experienced dissatisfaction with Alliant. The only thing that bothers me is the distance I have to drive to get there. But that’s my choice. Love the rates and customer service.

Alla Zilbering1Very disappointing experience. They advertise a joint account but its in name only. Only person can have online access, pay bills, or withdraw money . Switching to a different bank within 6 months

JT Johnson1They regularly kick my ach credit card payment back, then charge me a late fee and place a missed payment on my credit report! Rotten bank, the worst I've ever dealt with!
