I had never used a check cashing place before at all. I found myself needing to get cash sometimes on the weekend when my bank was closed. The very first time that I went to cash my proll check there was an issue. Because I had never been there before (and didn’t bring my pay stub) they denied it. However thankfully ERICA was working that day. She was so helpful ~ calmly explaining to me probably why it was denied. She suggested that I get the paystub and come back.(I didn’t know to bring that with me). Sure enough the next day I took paystub back with the check and it went right through. Now I try to go when I know that ERICA is going to be there. She is like a ray of sunshine when I walk through the door. She knows me by name and always asks about my family. All of the employees that I have met there have been great, but it seems like she just goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I needed an easy way to cash my check after work, almost every market or bank that offer to cash checks either take a day to deposit or are not open during hours I need. This place was the most easy transaction I could’ve possibly imagined. Erica is sweet and helped me cash my check and made the process completely hassle free. I’ll recommend this place to anyone

Can I leave two reviews! I say this because I'm not sure the man in front of me will be getting on the internet. As I entered the building, I saw a Hispanic man trying to explain something about a bill. I noticed how patient the lady helping him was and I was very impressed. A+++ When it was my turn, I learned her name was Erica. Erica was very knowledgeable and patient. I was hesitant about stopping but she definitely made me realize that I made a good choice. This is a scam. They charge extremely high intrest. They pull your money no matter what. I've changed my card and everything and they still pull money. I'm going to have to get a new bank account. They put my bank account in the negative. On top of that if you ask them not to pull automatic they will do it anyways. I called 4 tiles to ask to stop. Heres the best part. I'm not even a delegate account. I'm current. I was ahead but they will pull money each due date even if you are ahead. You're better off going homeless.
