I have been involved in several closings with several title companies. This was by far the worst experience ever. One they never reached out to me with the closing date and time. If the buyer hadn't called me and told me abou the closing appointment scheduled for the next day. I would not have known. When I called them to confirm all I got was attitude. No explanation or apology. They hung up on me. We get to closing and have to wait 45 mi minutes because the paperwork isn't done yet Then there were errors in some papers that had to be redone while we were signing papers. Then I had to wait 2 days for payment since there were even more errors. If the buyer hadn't desperately needed closing done that day, it would not have gotten done with these folks!

The best in the business! They made what could have been a very overwhelming experience so very easy. KTA came highly recommended by locals and now I know why...everyone was simply wonderful!

I called to ask two questions and our conversation ended with this title company representative slamming the phone down in my face. I felt disrespected. I had more questions to ask. All I needed was 5 minutes of your time. Within 3 minutes I talked to three people and the last one hung up on me. I will take my business elsewhere. Stay Blessed.
