Professional prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Tammy had all the paperwork ready and closing was a breeze. Each document was explained to me prior to signing. My copies of the documents are in a folder provided by 7 Title. Karen, the receptionist, was polite and informed Tammy that I arrived a few minutes early. I waited less than 1 minute after arriving. I highly recommend 7 Title.

No extra fees like other title companies charge. And if you're an ORNLFCU customer, very easy to transfer money. Will continue to use 7 Title for any future transactions we have.

We just closed on our home at the end of last week, and Audrey and the 7 Title team were great to work with! They made the signing process quick while still being very informative about what we were signing and why. They worked with us on scheduling a time that met our schedules, as well.
