Nicole called me at 8:28am for simply confirming the meeting time. Every step of the way was incompetent and unprofessional.”

Payment 360 a month. Car was gone in the morning. Called Langley and asked what happened. They explained that my insurance wasn't renewed fast enough so they took the liberty upon themselves to add 3000 DOLLARS onto my loan and make my payments 420 with a bunch of hidden fees. So the passed few months with NO EMAIL OR CALL they were charging me additional fees and a higher payments. THEN had the audacity to tell me I can't see my ledger on my payment history. Respectfully argued that it's my information and I'm entitled to it. They are sending it now. Langely has been by far the worst experience I have had when it comes to banks, loans as well as customer support on the issue. Apparently the customer is never right and errors on their end is impossible.. -5 stars... and this is supposed to be a Christian ran business smh.”
