Their ATM ate my deposit, I filed with the bank was told that within 10 days it would be solved and I would receive a call. Never received a call, so I called and was told I would have my money by the 10th. No Money!! Now I’m being told that it’s really is 10 days to start the process and then I can have my money. And that is if someone starts the process on day 10. So 2 1/5 weeks to get my money because they KNOWINGLY are leaving a malfunctioning ATM open for ppl to use.”

I called customer service, pointed them to their own website with Q&A and how it described its still an active program. They said they would take wording down on the website. I asked if they could credit my measly $15 monthly interest and they said they would check with a supervisor. Nothing. Sent a courteous request to customer service via email, NADA. Mountain America is the opposite. I had a $25 fee for insufficient funds, totally my fault, call in and just like that in 5 minutes they refunded my money.”
