Badly needed a loan and the two people on staff when I went into the office were able to get the entire process out of the way with the cash I needed in my hands in about 10 minutes. I called ahead to see what sort of documents I would need and with that info it was a simple thing that helped me out a ton. I was expecting an awful, hours long process with the possibility of it not even working out in the end but it was the opposite.

I had a hard time making 1 pmt. They would not push it out or extend out the loan. Instead they cashed entire amount of original check even tho I had made a few pmts and did not owe the entire original balance. Which I now know is illegal. I will never work with them again.

Sold some broken chains I had to them a few years ago. They told me that the gold chains were plated in 14k gold but were 10k gold underneath the plating and paid 45 percent less because of that. Now that I know more about gold, this is so fraudulent and such a lie. It makes no sense. Avoid them, truly running a scam here.

Your staff are not so friendly at the 3300 and 13 east gave me the run around about my account info and wanted more info, I left and went to a different location, it was emergency and wasn't harassed about my status, I have been going to check city for emergencies for the past 10 years and none of your employees give a damn!!! And the know and care about is that they have the cash and by God they are not going to give it to you.

They are a bunch of crooks. They never called me to notify me that i was behind on my payment. I had spaced that i was due because i was on vacation. Not that this is the point of the post. But they could called me and told me to come in to make a payment instead of posting the full balance of the pay day loan to my bank. Now thanks to these crooks i cant get my medication. So should i end up in the hospital i will be seeking legal action. This company when i called them to inform them i just got back into town and i was upset that they posted the full payday loan amount to my bank. The manager said they did not have the staff to call every person who has a loan to notify them their payment is due. This sounds like a issue of the business not my own. I will be seeking legal recourse. Every other business emails me or calls me not just texts me when i need to make a payment.

I love the friendly people and that your company is will to work with your customers . At the location convenient or close to them . I'm from salt lake I love and appreciate all the hard work they do to ensure every customer is happy . I witness this with quite a few locations I visited in the past when I had to load money on to my NetSpend debit card. Since then I no longer use netspend . I'm happy to report things are looking up for me.
