I’ve used the u for a long time and I’m past it that no one ever seems be on the same page. Their ATM ate my deposit, I filed with the bank was told that within 10 days it would be solved and I would receive a call. Never received a call, so I called and was told I would have my money by the 10th. No Money!! Now I’m being told that it’s really is 10 days to start the process and then I can have my money. And that is if someone starts the process on day 10. So 2 1/5 weeks to get my money because they KNOWINGLY are leaving a malfunctioning ATM open for ppl to use.

Today I opened a new account at the Brickyard branch. They were thoughtful and helpful. Especially Sydney. Unbelievable customer assistance and service.

Absolutely awful. The people were nice but they said they would contact me after 2-3 hours. 3 DAYS later I called in to get an update on my loan- the guy said I wasn’t even showing up in the system and had no application....... they don’t take into consideration anything outside your credit score and current income. If you are looking for reasonable people with good customer service- look elsewhere

Until today, I valued my account at UFCU. They repossessed my vehicle even though I made payments as agreed, have about half of my car loan paid and have paid off everything but 800 from my 4000 personal loan. They are absolutely heartless helping customers who are struggling.if you have a choice, do not trust University credit union.

It is extremely frustrating to go into a branch to get a new debt card because the last one was lost and be told the machine is down! I left work early to make there on time then I get their pathetic excuse and told to come back another day! Unacceptable customer service! Now I have to wait another day for a much needed debit card! DO BETTER!!

This is not necessarily for this specific location but for the bank as a whole. Over the long weekend I made multiple purchases about 13 of them. They all said "pending" in my account but the way the account works is it will tell you two different amounts the actual amount and the amount disregarding the pending for example "100" is what I actually have and "500" is the other amount it shows that was what I had before since the purchases were still pending. Since I still had about 100 left in my account I had my boyfriend transfer me 800 so my new total was 900 and something and I went ahead and payed my rent which was 1030.. so I knew I was going to be negative and I was prepared to pay the overdrafts fee for my rent... the next day goes by and I see that they finalized all my pending transactions (besides rent which still said pending) and they charged me 13 overdraft fees!!!!! That is 300 dollars extra I am being charged because they decided to pull my rent out first(even though it still says pending) so I was "negative" and then pull out the rest??? But how does that even make sense my rent is 1030 and now I am negative 530 in my account. Which is still only half my rent which means all the other charges should have been fine. I call in to fix it and they blame me and tell me I have to wait till the charges arent pending before making a new purchase (MY RENT WAS DUE WHAT ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO DO..WAIT???) They act annoyed and only take off 4 of the charges. So yeah awesome! I make $300 a week and I have tons of Bill's I have to pay and now I'm still negative 430 because that is how they make there money I guess! I am so frustrated with this bank and I don't feel they are treating me fair in this situation. Probably the most confusing rant ever but I'm sure I not the only one who's been scammed into the overdraft fees. Just warning others.

Terrible experience. Tried to deposit into my checking account I was told because I don’t make regular deposits- wrong every check I do- that’s there would be a hold on the funds for 2 days. The girl at the window today clearly didn’t know what was going on. I prefer you guys to Wells Fargo usually but that’s ridiculous

I love this institution, however go to literally any other branch. The customer service and staff knowledge here is a joke. I spent half of my afternoon monday trying to fix a problem and was told it was corrected, by the next day i noticed it wasn't. I went back in Tuesday and they said nothing could be done with zero explanation. I was told no and expected to leave. I then had to drive to the downtown location where they were able to rectify my account within 10 minutes, with everything done properly. Working at a bank is no excuse to be smug

      Response from the owner
