Victoria was the best, she was very professional to getting me a loan that that fit my needs and what I can afford. The whole process was quick and painless. She explained how everything was going to be and very patient if I didn't understand something. She was not pushing me to get her credit. She wanted to make sure I received the credit I deserved. Thank you Victoria for making me feel important and deserving. Getting a loan is scary and you don't know if your going to be stuck with blood suckers, and pay for it the rest of your life or if it will benefit you, on managing your finances and getting your credit report back or higher to where it should be. Thank you again Victoria for helping me understand the benefits and process to getting a loan.

I have had loans with other places and out of them all this store is the best but the only thing that keeps me coming back is Victoria, I will only deal with her, she is the best person i have ever met. She works hard to help me out when I need it, I had to take some time off from work due to dental problems and with that I was going to be short on rent and so I was stressing out but Victoria worked at it to see if she could increase my loan, and as hard as she tried she was not able to get the full amount I needed she still got me enough to not get charged a late fee. I have had my loan for over a year now and has only been late once and that was the first payment and that was just cause I messed up with my bank card. I will never leave this store as long as she is there. And I have sugested friends and family to her.

I was so scared to ask for a loan with my husband dying i didn't even know what my next step would be but Victoria made made my mind at ease gives me time in advance of each due date and keeps my payments low! I know other places are uncertain of lending to widgets but my mind was put at ease with her kindness and patience with me! I bring my family sometimes and she is so kind to them! Gives them candy and treats them. Like adults they love her!

Sorry this is going to be a long review but I feel like it is very much needed!! I have been a customer (NOT AN EMPLOYEE) of fast bucks for 8 years and Melodee is amazing!! She has always bend over backwards for me and we have always worked together with everything if there has EVER been ANY issue. She has always communicated and explained everything to me if I didn't understand changes or contract. Sometimes I hate going in there because I always find myself staying there a while just talking about life and I have things to do but it is alright because she feels like family and she is always asking how my kids are, how my husband and I are and just in general how my entire family is! Even though she is crazy busy she always takes the time to ask about how life is going but yet still keeps the multi-tasking and professionalism! When she moved to another office in Murray I moved right along with her even to the point where I paid off my loan with the store she was at and went to her and got another one just so I can stay where she is. I want to let her boss and corporate know that you have a great employee and if you ever lose her I am following her where ever she goes. She puts up with a lot of nastiness, rudeness, verbal abusive from customers and doesn't get paid enough (when most of these people are giving her negative reviews because they didn't pay their payment or she didn't let them bully her) but she loves her job and she is always smiling and you can feel that over the phone as well! Lastly, I am Mexican and I bring my kids in who are mixed race and I have NEVER once heard her say anything racist or demeaning to myself or children in fact she is always talking with my 4 year old toddler who gets excited because he lets him sit in the big chairs and when we walks out he always tells her "bye Melodee!" If she is racist that is the nicest, warmest, kind and sweet one that I have EVER encountered but she is not!!! Don't let that lady go! She's a keeper!!! Love ya Melodee!!

Melodee is AMAZING! She's so welcoming & kind. I've gone to different loan places over the years and I always go back to her. The customer service is exceptional. Melodee always goes above and beyond for all her customers. I'll even go in just to say hi.

My friend and I both went to get loans. He was paying off a current loan and supposed to receive another for twice the amount as promised by Victoria. After paying off the current loan Vuctiria ran the numbers and says he's only eligible for $100 not the $400 she promised him on the phone. His payments were automatically tsken from his bank account and she says his bank account was closed yet payments were still taken from his account. Victoria was mean and honestly the rudest person I've ever had the displeasure of seeing do business with the public. My friend needed that money for his rent. Covid-19 took a big toll on all of us and our pocket books. He would have just made a payment instead of paying off the entire loan if he wasn't promised at least $400. She would not refund his money, And told him he should've made his payments on time then instead of being a deadbeat loser who doesn't pay his bills. So basically she cohearsed him into paying his loan off just to leave him homeless in the end. After witnessing how infinite loans does business I want nothing to do with the company. Veronica is a crook and epitomizes the term cruel and heartless. She should probably be let go before she costs your company any more business. Also she was not wearing a face mask as required by law and recommended by the CDC. I will never recommend infinite loans to anyone, not even in times of great desperation

MeloDee is amazing. She’s down to earth and she is super easy to talk to. I didn’t feel like I was signing something that I had no idea what it meant. I felt like she was very approachable. Definitely will recommend people to come to her!!

Melodee. Manager at fastbucks is very very very very very friendly. She is the sweetest lady I have met, i was mistreated back by a manager of fastbucks that I first went to, and i was not gonna pay my bill here, mel has been the best , and very sweet, i never been treated by anyone that I owed money too business like so nicely, I have been with only fastbucks since cause she is such a great fantastic lady. Very selfless and friendly. Does not judge, or belittle anyone, I love her. Fast bucks would not be a great place without her.!!!

Pathetic service, the manager melody is pretty racist. She can be rude to you for no reason and waste your time and of course you'll see this next review from one of her employee's that she is awesome? She is I don't have words for her. I already complained about her to the cooperate and nothing happen. That's why she is so arrogant. This lady is a joke. Good luck on the way you work.

My wife and I have dealt with fastbucks and Melody over the years she's absolutely wonderful to work with she makes the process very easy and because of her we won't go anywhere else thank you melody
