Every single time the owner calls it’s always a fight with her and always demanding the money right there and then. Very inconvenient that they don’t have online payments you always have to go in to make cash payments. Which makes it very difficult when you’re out of town Or have small children. The only reason why I gave this place a 1 star it’s because there’s a guy that works there that is extremely nice. He talks to me with respect like a normal human should be talked to unlike the owner. Don’t ever come to this place!!!”

Each time I went into to speak with Sergio, it seemed he just wanted to get me out of the branch. After 3 weeks my bank finally resolved THEIR issue. Worst experience ever. I’ve worked at their competitive credit union (MACU) and this was a common issue, however, we actually had procedures on handling these types of situations whereas Sergio does not. Take your money elsewhere.”
